STM-170 monitor has aspect ratio of 4:3. Slim design and thin screen frame provide maximum space saving. With optional mounts you can install the LCD monitor on a desk or wall.
Dynamic Image without Smear
The STM-170 monitor offers high contrast ratio which ensures enhanced picture detail. The LCD monitor delivers high quality dynamic video. The STM-170 provides accurate color rendering including dark colors, and allow an operator to see detailed picture even under bright light. The STM-170 has horizontal viewing angle of 160°. Maximum brightness is 250 cd/m2.
Operator can adjust brightness and contrast levels as well as many other settings using user-friendly on-screen menus.
Noise reduction feature is useful to remove image noise when viewing video from cameras in low light environment.
HDMI Input
Using HDMI interface, a DVR with a corresponding output can be connected to the monitor. It is especially useful for viewing live or recorded video from cameras with D1 resolution in multiscreen mode, as this allows to get the best possible picture quality in each of the screens. Since there is no digital-to-analog conversion, multiscreen image transmitted from a DVR via HDMI interface is of higher quality, than when VGA connection is used. HDMI interface also allows to transmit audio signal from a DVR together with video signal using the same cable.
Easy installation
For easy installation, 4 mounting holes are provided in the corners of the LCD monitor. There are 4 VESA-compliant (75 mm) mounting holes in the center of the monitor’s back panel, allowing to use both Smartec and third-party brackets and mounts. You can mount the STM-170 on the wall, or with optional STB-M1X stand, place it on your desk like an ordinary monitor.
