The STH-3230 series outdoor housings are ideal for environmental camera protection in a wide temperature range. Integrated sunshield ensures protection from direct sun light falling on the viewing window and prevents glare. The shield design provides air gap for additional camera protection from overheating at high temperatures, making the STH-3230 series particularly suitable for IP cameras. 

Dual heaters first of all ensure wider operating temperature range, and allow to solve the problem of the housing window fogging. The first heater prevents window condensing at positive temperatures and heats the air inside the housing, while the second provides wider low-temperature operating range.

There are two models in the series: STH-3230D without power supply, and STH-3230D-PSU1 with built-in switched camera power supply. Due to use of 1 A power supply, the STH-3230D-PSU1 is suitable for most 12 VDC cameras.

Side opening of the housing top provides easy access to camera, allowing to adjust camera position on the mounting plate.  The housings are equipped with cable glands, while the supplied bracket provides for partial cable feedthrough and allows to hide the cable inside the wall or feed it outside from the bottom of the bracket.
