Smartec offers new STC-3511 color security camera with 680/700 TVL, WDR and Day/Night software mode

Smartec STC-3511 analog security cameras use 2.8 ~ 10.5mm varifocal lens and Day/Night software mode, ensuring high-quality Color and B/W images at 0.1/0.08 lux. of minimum illumination. STC-3511 is equipped with Sony Effio-E processor and 1/3" Sony 960H EXview HAD CCD II, allowing color security camera to generate detail images with 680/700 TVL resolution. Wide dynamic range (WDR) function and 2D DNR noise reduction technology provide high-quality color and B/W images in low/contrast light conditions. New color model operates with 12 V DC sources and can be installed on any surface without special brackets.

STC-3511 transmits images with high resolution and superior color rendering, using Sony 960H EXview HAD CCD II and Sony Effio-E digital signal processor. During short-term changes in light conditions, color security camera activates Day/Night software function and generates an informative video at up to 0.1/0.08 lux of minimum illumination in Color and B/W modes. Herewith, the maximum image resolution reaches up to 680/700 TVL, respectively.

STC-3511 provides wide opportunities for image quality configuration. Thus, security camera has 4 automatic gain control (AGC) modes, gamma-correction function and features high light compensation (HLC/BLC) function. New color security camera also allows the operator to adjust electronic shutter modes and configure image options such as contrast, color rendering, saturation and sharpness. Due to these configurable settings, this model transmits images with natural color and high detail.

2D DNR noise reduction system ensures the maximum image quality in low light conditions. Using two-dimensional algorithm, color security camera eliminates noise interference and enhances video quality and color image detail, providing effective DVR storage space usage. During operation on the applications with changeable illumination this color camera activates wide dynamic range (WDR) mode, allowing STC-3511 to generate balanced color images with high detail of all parts of the frame.

Easy-to-use design of Smartec dome camera provides its quick installation and configuration on the security application. 3-axis mounting bracket allows the operator to select appropriate viewing direction, ensuring installation of STC-3511 at any possible vertical and horizontal surfaces without additional brackets. In addition, color security camera has 2.8-10.5 mm varifocal lens with auto iris. To select different functions, modes and image settings security camera features on-screen OSD-menu navigation, accessed through the buttons on the camera module.

Built-in hardware motion detector provides alarm detection, tracking movements in the security area. This detector is a multi-zone class device, allowing the operator to set 384 (24x16) detection zones in different parts of the frame. Due to the high level of detector’s sensitivity Smartec color security camera can detect even a slight movement. In addition, STC-3511 can set up to 8 masks on the frame to prevent them from viewing by the operator. These masking zones (8) can be configured by formation, size, color and transparency.
